We can even offer you an "On standby" or "On Call 24hours" service, where we can be ready and available to quickly come out to your site and get a resolution to the problems you may have.

It's good to know that you can have an Engineer ready on the end of the phone to come to the rescue in your time of need. Both the On Standby and On Call 24hours services are only £25.00 per hour, which should you need the engineer/s to visit your premises in this period, you only have to pay the hourly rate relating to the time you require the engineer from onsite.

But the best feature about both the On Standby and On Call 24hours service is, you are guaranteed that one engineer will be available and allocated to you only for the hours of which you pay for and will be just one phone call away. With both the On Standby and On Call 24hours services we have an escalation procedure in place, should you have a problem in contacting the engineer appointed to you.
