How frustrating it is to have hardware powered up but nothing seems to happen with your PC, even though they are both connected to each other

Unfortunately hardware and PC's can have communication problems. This is where we can help. We can investigate the problem and find a solution to the issue, so that you can have less of an headache.

But even if the communication side is okay, Hardware can breakdown, especially with Printers, so what do you do. Well firstly don't chuck away the hardware, we can take a look at it and hopefully be able to fix the problem and possibly save you money on purchasing new hardware.

Solution

Hardware check £25.00 per hour
Majority of Hardware checks take less than 1 hour, depending upon the condition and speed of the PC and hardware.
Minimum call out charge of £25.00. We do not round up to the nearest hour, we charge by the minute..

£25.00 per hour to fix the Hardware problem
Note: Your hardware may not be fixed on your premises and may require that the Hardware be taken away for the repairs to be carried out and then returned upon the problem being fixed.
(*note - if the hardware requires additional parts, it may have to be taken away for repair, plus you will have to pay for the parts as well - You will be informed of the cost of the parts before the parts are purchased)

If you are located 10 miles outside of Leek Town Centre, then their will be an additional callout charge of £1.00 per mile.

Operating hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am - 6:00pm.
Bank Holidays: 10:00am - 5:00pm. (Please note: Additional Bank Holiday hourly charge of £10.00 per hour)
