I just want to get onto the Internet How frustrating it is when you're about to check your emails and you can't get online. You phone the Internet supplier at 50p a minute and it still doesn't work. Don't worry. We know what it's like, we've all been on the other end of the telephone trying to understand what the Internet supplier Technical Support people are talking about and it all seems to just go completely over your head. It's really hard to get your Dialup or Broadband to work properly when you have to contact someone in a call center. You find it hard to explain what's going on and you don't know what it is they are asking of you. You never seem to speak to the same person who advised you last time, you know the one who told you to try something on your PC to fix the problem, which still didn't work. And when you call back you get completely confused by another Call Center person. At the end of the day, you just want to gain access to the Internet, you don't want to be messing around with computer settings. And you certainly don't want to feel so alone and frustrated with technical support people you cannot see in person. Well don't worry, because we can help.
