On April 25th 2005, Lee Richards an IT Engineer for Fujitsu Services, (the worlds 3rd largest IT Company) and Internet expert since 1998, decided to become self-employed as an independent Web Designer, offering Web Design services for Staffordshire and Cheshire businesses of all sizes.

Within two months Lee realised that their was a big demand for his Web Design skills in the marketplace. Lee quickly launched many high quality websites for many clients. By September Lee launched www.leektowncentre.com, an independent website to help promote Leek and the Moorlands.

On December 12th 2005 Lee started to offer an outsourcing Web Design service for other companies also offering Web Design solutions. These also included several companies in Leek.

Lee always having the finger on the pulse within the world of IT and the Internet decided that it was time to launch an IT service for Leek and the Moorlands for local people and local Leek businesses. Lee wanted to make the service simple and affordable, so on 12th June 2006 Lee started work on researching and developing an action and business plan for the new venture intended for an official launch early 2007.

On the 10th November 2006 Lee became a columnist in the Moorlands Trader, Leek's only Independently owned freely distributed paper, having his own section called WebWatch. Since then Lee has covered many topics from PC repair to Internet technologies and much more.

Then on 7th March 2007 Lee completed his business and action plan for his Technical Support Company for Leek and the Moorlands and started work on developing the website. Shortly after this Lee completed the Technical Support Leek website and decided to officially launch Technical Support Leek on 9th May 2007.

Now Lee who trades as RLR Services has come a long way and is still developing, expanding and always looking at new ways to improve the overall experience for all of his customers from Technical Support to Web design and Graphic design.
