Technology is always improving and moving forward and when it does, you want your PC to also move forward as well. This is where upgrades and installations come in.

PC Upgrades
Upgrades to your PC aren't just contained to hardware. You can also have software upgrades as well which will bring you the latest technologies and better performance and maintenance of your PC. We can do your software upgrades onsite and offer you sound advice on what would be the best option for your PC. Hardware upgrades may be done onsite, but it is more likely we will need to take your PC away to have the upgrade done. (depending on the upgrade required) All parts and software required for the upgrade will be charged at an additional fee. You can either purchase the parts yourself or we can get a quote for you and upon you being happy with the charge, we can purchase for you and make the upgrade.

Installations
Whether it is an internel device like a new fan, CPU, Motherboard, DVD Drive, new PC box, etc, or an external device which you just want to attach to your PC, but not sure how to do this and get it to work properly, we can help.

Solution

Our Upgrade and Installationsl services include:

Upgrade: Upgrade of hardware or/and software, working test

Installations: Installation of Hardware or/and software, working test, removal of old parts if not required.

Upgrade £25.00 per hour
Majority of Upgrades take up to 1 hour, depending upon the condition and speed of the PC and upgrade required.
Minimum call out charge of £25.00. We do not round up to the nearest hour, we charge by the minute.
(*Note - Parts required will be charged for additionally - the charge will be confirmed before parts are purchased. Payment for parts will be required upfront)

Windows Installations £25.00 per hour
Some Windows installations can take up to 2 hours, including full formatting and Fdisk process, and also depending upon the condition and speed of the PC.
Minimum call out charge of £25.00. We do not round up to the nearest hour, we charge by the minute..

Software Installations £25.00 per hour
Majority of software installations take less than 1 hour, depending upon the condition and speed of the PC and software to be installed.
Minimum call out charge of £25.00. We do not round up to the nearest hour, we charge by the minute.

If you are located 10 miles outside of Leek Town Centre, then their will be an additional callout charge of £1.00 per mile.

Operating hours:
Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 8:00pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 11:00am - 6:00pm.
Bank Holidays: 10:00am - 5:00pm. (Please note: Additional Bank Holiday hourly charge of £10.00 per hour)
